Prunus 'Superior'
Superior Plum is a University of Minnesota introduction from 1933! This cold hardy plum produces an abundant crop of sweet and juicy plums. This plum will need to be pollinated by another plum tree, such as Toka, Mount Royal, or Black Ice. Superior blooms with small white flowers that develop into the dark red fruit in August. Superior can be enjoyed eaten fresh or cooked!
