KinderKrisp is a small but flavorful apple, developed in Minnesota! KinderKrisp is an offspring of Honeycrisp and shares the same crisp characteristic in a slightly smaller apple. KinderKrisp blooms early with white flowers. This tree will do best with another early-season apple or crabapple tree to pollinate with. For example, Zestar or Honeycrisp. KinderKrisp produces a small red apple with a yellow blush. This variety is best enjoyed fresh but can also be used for canning, cider, or baking. This variety ripens in August.
