Black Ice Plum is a delicious cold hardy plum, developed from Japanese plum and a native cherry plum. Black Ice blooms early with with showy white flowers. This will do best with another plum to pollinate with such as Mount Royal or Toka. Black Ice produces a dark red plum that ripens in July. The fruit is juicy and has a balanced sweet and tart flavor. Black Ice can be enjoyed eaten fresh or cooked!
